Request maintenance

Build it once, send it to any shops you like, and compare their replies side by side. Nothing is booked, and nothing goes to a shop until you send it.

1What's going on?

What you need
Which inspection?
Are you the…

2Show the shop

Anything you've noticed since the last one? A photo or two of it helps the shop plan.

A photo or a short video of the problem - the noise, the leak, the light - says more than words.

Wrote it down? Take a photo of your list and we will turn it into a checklist.

Photos of the airplane, the panel and the logbook covers help the shop quote it.

Photos or a short video help - or just tell the shop below.

Videos up to 60 seconds. Location and camera details are removed from every photo and video.

Snap your squawk list

Take a photo of a handwritten or printed list and we'll read it into separate items you can check.

    Or just tell the shop

Record a short voice note (up to three minutes). It's typed out for the shop.

What you've noticed, what you'd like done - anything that helps.

    Add your logbooks (optional)

Send scans or photos of the airframe, engine and propeller logbooks and we'll have a free first look - what's there, the dates they cover, and any pages that are hard to read - for you and the shops you send this to.

Logbooks go up with scripting on, or from your private link after you send this.

    3The airplane

We'll fill in the year, make, model and serial from the FAA registry.
The airport identifier, or the town if it's a private strip.
    Can it be flown in?
If not, we can talk about getting it here.

4When, and how to reach you

    When would suit you?
Your request's private page comes here - and every shop's reply.

Off, shops see the airplane, the work and the photos - not who you are - until you accept one of them.

This sends nothing to any shop: you choose who gets it next, on your own private page.
